This wine is a unique expression of terroir resulting from the blend of pinot gris, chardonnay, riesling and muscat ottonel grapes grown in Joseph’s own vineyard.
The fermentation on the skins varied from 15 to 30 days. The layered flavours range from apricots, lychee, lemon drops, wild flowers and fresh apples. It is off dry with a balanced acidity and soft round tannins.
