A deep ruby Cabernet Franc with intense aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum and green pepper with secondary notes of clove, nutmeg, pepper, tobacco leaf and coffee. Firm tannins give the wine good posture and versatility at the dinner table. ripe plum, blackberries, cedar, cloves, tobacco leaf and black tea. On the palate, its profound structure lends itself to rich and vivid flavours of raspberry, blueberries, black cherry, black liquorice and dark chocolate. Silver winner at LA International.

Appearance: Deep purple-ruby in colour.
Nose: Cedary nose of blueberries and blackcurrants.
Palate: Full-bodied, dry, elegant, richly extracted flavours of blueberry and black plum. Firmly structured with powdery tannins carried on fresh acidity.
Quality: 89 – 91 points. Very Good+ / Outstanding. Can be opened now but hold for a year or two to develop the bouquet.
Food Pairing: Grilled lamb with mint sauce, garlic herb butter-roasted chicken, baked eggplant parmesan, slow-cooked duck with green olives and Herbes de Provence, and turkey sandwiches with cranberry spread.
