Our Cabernet Franc is sourced from the South Okanagan not far from the US border. In 2014, we pulled 6 barrels from 29 that spoke to us in the manner only a reserve wine could. Decanting 1 to 2 hours before serving will only enhance the special qualities of this wine. Unfiltered and unfined so expect some sediment. Can be cellared for 6-10 yrs. Pairs well with garlic rosemary pork tenderloin, roast beef, wild game with a zesty red sauce or Camembert Cheese.
