Sauvignon Blanc, 2021
Shipped and sold by Backyard Vineyards
15% new barrel fermented, 10% skin contract, 75% stainless steel fermented. Aged on the lees for 4 months for added palate texture and complexity. A clear lemon-green wine with a little bit of everything on the nose – lime zest, lemon juice, passion fruit, bell pepper, cut grass, with a little bit of smoke and toast. The palate is bone dry with precise acidity.
The 2020 vintage was a featured wine in July's Wine Club package, 2022.
