With aromas of freshly picked blueberries & flavours of a traditional Malbec, you'll find your new Spring favourite with this Malbec Nouveau. This wine is styled after Beaujolais made famous in France after Harvest ends. The grapes were picked in whole bunches and put into tank with C02; also known as carbonic maceration fermentation. Then, it went through another two separate fermentations; alcoholic & malolactic. The resulting wine is light in body & tannin but full in juicy flavour. Pour yourself a glass & don't be shy to put it into the fridge for a slight chill!
