A perennial favourite, our White Merlot is made from early picked merlot grapes, immediately pressed off skins for the barest hint of pink and then cool fermented at 14- 16 C. The finished merlot rosé wine was then blended with 5% Viognier. This rosé is lively and bright with notes of fresh thyme, cranberry and white peaches. Fruit forward with a dry, crisp finish, our rosé is the sophisticated match for your patio experience: from jalapeño potato chips, fresh BC salad greens, or bbq BC wild salmon.
