A County first! Made using 12 year old Chardonnay from our library and aged in giant 100 year old Spanish Sherry Casks from the legendary Gonzalez Byass Bodega. This one-of-a-kind “Oloroso style” nectar will delight the palate. An exceptional aperitif with an aroma of apricot and hazelnuts, this unfortified wine also pairs well with Ham dishes. Only 100 cases bottled - 500 ml.
Serve alone as an aperitif or with tapas, fish or ham.
