Well structured, it could enjoy another two years at rest but is a joy to drink today. Mid-palate hints at the vintage year. 100% estate fruit and aged 24 months in French and Hungarian mature oak barrels. Recommended alongside a rack of lamb, some local asparagus and a garlic mashed local potatoes the tannins in this wine will serve up a wonderful mouthfeel when combined with the fat of the lamb.
