Tasting Notes: Canned peaches in syrup, floral tones, honey and fresh pie dough complete the nose. The mouth is round yet fresh with peach skins and nutty tones appearing on the palate. Nice acidity cleanses and leads to a layered finish with some good lengths.
Suggested Pairing: Pasta in a garlic lemon cream sauce, grilled pork chop (bone in), creamy cheeses
