Cherry, red fruits, florals, dried herbs, and cedar greet the nose. The fruit is very rich in the mouth, displaying the heat of the 2020 summer. There's good weight and texture with smoke tones, underbrush, and ripe red fruit displaying themselves on a long finish. Very fruit forward.
Suggested pairing: Grilled red meat or pork, wild mushroom ragout, or cedar plank salmon
