Fruity on the nose with baking spices, banana cream pie, biscuit, melon rind, and a hint of vanilla. A rich, juicy palate with lemon-lime flavours and a touch of acidity on the finish.

Ev’s Eclectics is a collection of different drinks, done in different styles by a curious winemaker. Created by Mitchell Everett McCurdy, who his friends call Ev, Mitchell wanted to create a brand that allowed him to make weird and wonderful drinks from all of the beautiful things that Niagara grows, and he hopes you take a chance on these tasty treats and that you thoroughly enjoy the adventure.
