Ev's Eclectics Syrah Rosé, 2021

Saigneéd Syrah juice barrel fermented in neutral oak with a pied de cuve.

Light pink with strawberry rhubarb jam, lemon and lime zest, raspberry, minerality and hints of violet. Rich, full, and round on the palate with raspberry, strawberry, and rhubarb flavours leading into a tart finish.

Residual Sugar: 3 g/L

Ev’s Eclectics is a collection of different drinks, done in different styles by a curious winemaker. Created by Mitchell Everett McCurdy, who his friends call Ev, Mitchell wanted to create a brand that allowed him to make weird and wonderful drinks from all of the beautiful things that Niagara grows, and he hopes you take a chance on these tasty treats and that you thoroughly enjoy the adventure.
