Fogolar Wines Chardonnay, 2017

Fermented cool in neutral French oak barrels and aged for 10 months with no malolactic fermentation and 6 months of lees stirring. Notes of apple, floral and citrus with a hint of toast. Dry with great structure, balance and complexity on the palate. This wine can be enjoyed on its own or will pair well with roast turkey, cream based pasta, or richer fish.
