Fogolar Wines Hughes Vineyard Riesling, 2020

This single vineyard Riesling showcases the unique terroir of the Hughes Vineyard, situated approx. 1500m from Lake Ontario in the Lincoln Lakeshore subappellation. Fermentation was arrested partway through to preserve a portion of residual sugar.

Light platinum-yellow with intense aromas of lime zest, white peach, white floral, and classic Niagara minerality on the nose. Rich and balanced sweetness with fresh, juicy acidity and peach, floral, and fruit salad flavours and a light, flavourful finish.
