Sauvignon Blanc
This Sauvignon Blanc has a pretty and lifted nose of citrus and florals. The palate is dry, with bright and refreshing acidity. A touch grassy at the end, just to show its true colours. All I can think about is smoked salmon, blanched asparagus, and creamy hollandaise.
