Estate Peach, 2017

Produced with the ripest, sweetest peaches grown on-site. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.

Appearance: Bright yellow colour.

Nose: Heady flowers and sweet, ripe peaches, of course!

Palate: Medium sweet, combined with a perfectly light acidity to complete and lengthen the flavours. 

Food pairings: This is one of our most versatile wines! Mix with a sparkling wine or something fizzy for a fun summer drink. Add it to your peach pie or cobbler, or even throw in your daiquiri machine for a drunken slushie! Definitely a wine you’d want to enjoy with dessert, like cheesecake and fresh fruit desserts. For those wanting to balance and complement the sweetness of the peaches, try it with a smoky cheese (like smoked Gouda or Gruyere), or some good old Mozzarella. Excellent with cheese and crackers too! Enjoy chilled on a hot day.
