These low-yielding grapes were picked earlier than most years, and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve crisp flavours. Distinct aromas of peach, lime, and vanilla and hints of Granny Smith apple and lemon candy on the palate. Pairs perfectly with Havarti and Feta cheese Try it with scallops, coconut shrimp, or spicy Thai curry. Well-balanced acidity with residual sugar and minerality make it a great summer patio sipper.
