Tasting Notes: Er, wow! Intense zesty grapefruit, wildflowers, green apple and pear, honey and beeswax, even brioche! Nice fat Sem texture bracketed by zingy sauv blanc intensity.
Food Pairings: The word “fresh” comes to mind. Don’t be afraid of spice: this wine has ample intensity and won’t get lost in the big-flavour shuffle. Serve as an aperitif with jardinière marinated vegetables (especially kimchi)!

Food Pairing: Creamy chicken casserole, grilled sea bass with charred tomatoes, pork satay with spicy soy dipping sauce, seared scallops with cauliflower purée, and pasta primavera.
