Laura’s Red is a meticulous blend of red vinifera varieties to make a wine with strong structure and ageing potential but also with a core of good fruit and earlier drinkability. Just as every vintage is different, every vintage of Laura’s Red is a different blend to make the best wine possible.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Classic burgers on the grill or steak with garlic butter.

Appearance: Deep purple colour.
Nose: Cedary, black plum, and blackcurrant nose with vanilla with oak spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied, spicy, plum and currant flavours with grainy tannins. Firmly structured with well-integrated oak.
Quality: 88 – 90 points. Very Good+ / Outstanding. Can be sampled now, but will reward cellaring 1 - 2 years.
Food Pairing: Pepperoni pizza, salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, hatch chili-pepper smash burgers, Tuscan-style grilled tuna steaks, and cream cheese-stuffed mushrooms.
