2020 was an epic vintage that produced some incredibly ripe and balanced wines. We have a few vineyards that are particularly well suited to red varieties that need some extra heat and a slightly longer growing season. All grape components were fermented separately in small batches. Careful barrel selection after 18 months of ageing resulted in this special blend. Syrah brings the bright fruit and spice notes and the Cabernets bring more structure and earthiness to complement.
Food Pairing: Pulled jackfruit sliders, grilled burgers, barbacoa tacos, grilled lamb chops with fresh herbs, Jamaican patties.
