Our very first endeavor into making Sauvignon Blanc. Expect ripe with exotic fruits like lychee, passionfruit and guava, plus the classic herbal characteristics of the variety on the nose. The palate starts lush with a creamy texture imparted by the oak-aging, then the zesty acidity reminiscent of grapefruit juice balances the wine through to the finish.The 2020 vintage was a featured wine in December's Wine Club package, 2022.

Appearance: Pale straw colour.
Nose: Slightly reductive, grassy, green plum nose with a mineral note.
Palate: Medium-bodied, crisply dry, grapefruit and lime flavours. Well-balanced and long in the mouth. Lovely mouth-feel.
Quality: 90 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding. Drink now and through 2023.
Food Pairing: Mussels in white wine and butter sauce, chicken pesto flatbread, spinach and ricotta cannelloni, vegetable biryani, and garlic prawns with cucumber and ginger salad.
