Our unoaked style of Chardonnay is a true expression of our place on the Twenty Mile Bench. It's fermented and aged in stainless steel to allow our vineyard's terroir to shine through without the cover of oak. It's a pure, "acoustic-style" wine, hence the name Unplugged.
