Tasting Notes

SIGHT – This lively bubbly pours a very pale strawberry colour with a light mousse

NOSE – The nose is subtle with aromas of red fruit, with floral aromas dominating the nose

MOUTH - Wild strawberry with zingy acidity and flavours of citrus followed by a crisp finish
