Reflection Muscat, 2021

WINEMAKING
The grapes (89% Orange Muscat, 11% Muscat Canelli) were picked early September from the Osoyoos region, then gently pressed, cool fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for pure varietal expression. Fermentation was arrested early to retain the perfect balance of natural sweetness and bright, refreshing acidity.

FLAVOUR PROFILE
This Muscat is clear and bright with pure fruit aromas of tangerine, mandarin orange, golden kiwi, and lemon drops, along with lovely notes of exotic flowers and orange blossoms. This is a light-bodied, medium-dry, smooth yet refreshing white wine with flavours of juicy tropical fruit and sweet citrus, which also linger beautifully on the finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve with Cajun chicken; spiced vegetable or chicken stir-fries over Jasmine rice; sushi with pickled ginger; spiced steamed mussels; honey glazed baked ham; roast pork with apricot stuffing; Moroccan spiced pork tenderloin; salty appetizers; spicy crab cakes; spiced Thai and Indian cuisine.
