Cabernet Franc
This premium wine was vinified from grapes grown on the Joseph vineyard. The fruit was hand harvested and fermenting on the skins for 22 days. After 24 months of aging in small French oak barrels, the selected barrels were bottled as our limited release, Proprietor's Reserve Cabernet Franc.
The palate is loaded with Montmorency cherries, raspberry, damson plums and currants. This fruit-forward wine is well-balanced with a touch of spice. The finish of this savoury wine is deliciously long. Pair it with grilled red meat, wild game or strong cheeses to really see it come into its element.
As we have aged this wine for 10 months in bottle. It is ready to be released now. Enjoy!
