This is a delectable mouth-watering bubbly, and has plenty of bright citrus fruit flavors with wonderful undertones of tropical fruits.
It was cleanly fermented in stainless steel tanks and rested for 8 months. Small amounts of Riesling and Pinot Gris to make it into a perfect blend of seductive bubbly-ness.
(65.5% Gewurztraminer, 19% Pinot Gris, 15.5% Riesling)
Pairing Suggestions: Brie cheese and dried fruits.
