This delicious and mouthwatering Rose is made from Pinot Noir from our 60 year old estate vines. You may pick up delicate aromas of wild gooseberries, warm, roses, and cherry tomatoes. With a soft beautiful pastel color in the glass, you may taste nectarine, cranberry and citrus notes. Serve it chilled and drink it in the sunshine. Pairing recommendation: Seared scallops in garlic butter or with Italian fennel sausage and cannellini beans.
