A small batch, premium, compound gin made from potatoes, infused with 34 natural botanicals and aromatics, aged in freshly charred bourbon barrels for 3 months. Distilled and bottled in Ontario, it is a smooth sipping gin, that would also work well in a Negroni or an Old Fashioned cocktail. Herbal and citrus notes with vanilla, light oak finish. Fine crystal flint bottle.
