BLEND: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon | 14% Merlot

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Deep ruby colour; cigar box, blackcurrant nose; full-bodied, dry, elegant and beautifully balanced flavours of blackcurrant and plum with well-integrated oak and great length. Very Bordeaux-like. Drinking beautifully now but will repay cellaring for a couple of years.

Vinification: 14 months in French, Hungarian and American oak (13% new)

Residual Sugar: 0.4 g/L
