Tasting Note: This release of the ESV Blanc de Noirs from our certified organic Summerland Bench vineyard was picked over two days (26 & 27 September). The wine was partially barrelfermented in neutral French oak, and displays mouthwatering flavours of graprefruit, lemon and lime, with an earthy/ savoury note.

Vinification: 1hr skin contact | Destemmed and foot trodden | Aged 5 months on lees in stainless and neutral French oak
