Tasting Note: Deep garnet in colour with a cedary, sweet tobacco, wild blueberry nose. Notes of dried plums, cassis, and hibiscus on the palate. Aged for 14 months in French oak. Soft fine tannins, this is a wine that will develop with some cellaring time.

Vinification: 40% foot trodden | 14 months in French oak (12% new French) | Spontaneous MLF | Unfiltered and unfined

Residual Sugar: 1 g/L
