Tasting Note: This Pinot Blanc was sourced from the Black Dog vineyard in Okanagan Falls and was blended with a small amount of Semillon from a Summerland Lakefront vineyard to produce this aromatic wine with notes of pear and white flowers.
Vinification: 100% whole cluster pressed | Semillon barrel fermented | Aged 5 months on lees in stainless steel
