The first skin fermented white at Marynissen Estates!
This Pinot Gris was fermented on skins for 10 days to extract colour and build a complex, textured wine. Pale copper with aromas of grapefruit zest, lemon-lime, and hints of almond and orange rind. Rich on the palate with peach and tangerine flavours with minerality and a long finish.

- Swiss, Emmental, Gruyere, Feta
- Stonefruit, pomme fruit, citrus
- Cream, barbecue, spicy sauces
