Pinot Noir

A bright and intense salmon colour, with hints of peach and coral. Steady and persistent effervescence leaves a delicate ring of pearls around the edge of the glass. Intense on the nose, fresh and aromatic. Strawberry, raspberry, ripe stone fruit. The second nose offers a mineral core that flirts with hints of toasty brioche and fresh cream. The palate attack is a dance between fresh fruit aromatics and tight delicate bubbles. The fruit characters carry to the midpalate where the mouth it filled with secondary notes of wild berries, fresh toast and a touch of wildflower. The finish is a balance between fruit, tension, supple bubbles. This combination lingers and develops, urging you to take another sip
