Tasting Note: Deep garnet in colour with a cedary, sweet tobacco, wild blueberry nose. Notes of dried plums, cassis, and hibiscus on the palate. Aged for 12 months in mostly neutral French oak. Soft fine tannins, this wine was bottled unfiltered and unfined.
Vinification: 100% whole cluster pressed | 40% foot trodden | Spontaneous MLF | 12 months in French oak (12% new) | Unfiltered and unfined
