Sourced from our own Lily Estate Vineyard and the sun-drenched Cossentine Vineyard, thi s is a surprisingly fresh expression of Gewürztraminer!
Tasting notes: Pink grapefruit and ginger notes, with touches of lime zest and white gardenia blossoms.
Food Pairing: Fresh herb-sprinkled Asian dishes or rich braised pork are ideal pairings for this wine.
The 2018 vintage was a featured wine in November's Wine Club package, 2019.

Appearance: Clear, bright. Very pale straw core.
Nose: Grapefruit, lemon, baking spice.
Palate: Medium acid, light body. Rose floral, tropical note, hint of lychee.
Quality: Very Good+. 89 points. Lighter, more subtle, subdued variation of regular gewürztraminer. Good quality though, great structure.
Food Pairing: Thai red duck curry, roasted pumpkin salad with honey and balsamic dressing, Korean fried chicken wings, smoked salmon Reuben sandwich, classic French onion soup, and broccoli and brie quiche.
