This wine’s name was inspired by B.C.’s very own natural Pink Mountain, a natural anomaly created by the fireweed which blooms throughout the spring and summer months. This vintage Pink Mountain Rosé is made out of Pinot Noir (73%) and Gamay (27%), grown on select vineyards in Naramata and Summerland, this luscious Rosé showcases the true essence of Summer in the Okanagan.
Tasting notes: Wild strawberries, guava and passionfruit dominate the nose and follow through to the palate finishing with a zesty note of lime.
Food pairing: Try it paired with BBQ grilled sausages, prawns or garden fresh summer vegetables.
