The 2018 Reserve Riesling is nurtured and crafted from grapes grown on our Anastasia Estate Vineyard in the Naramata region. The wine showcases this unique location and its mineral-rich soils. This special reserve edition is bottled in limited quantity and is a valuable addition to any collector or a noteworthy indulgence for anyone who enjoys the finer things in life.
Taste Profile: Find hints of dried apricots and citrus fruits with full of mineralities. The natural acidity of this wine is balanced well by the natural residual sugars.
Food Pairing: Perfect to pair with spicy Szechuan shrimp or Tandoori chicken dishes as it effectively soothes the heat from hot or spicy foods.

Appearance: Pale straw colour.
Nose: Minerally, citrus zest bouquet.
Palate: Light-bodied, crisply dry, green apple and lime flavours with a crab apple note on the finish.
Quality: Very Good+. 89 points. Drinking well now but will reward cellaring for 3 - 4 years.
Food Pairing: Baked camembert with garlic and rosemary, chicken piccata with artichoke hearts, grilled shrimp tacos with avocado salsa, pulled pork sliders with pineapple slaw, and jalapeño deviled eggs with cilantro.
