This traditional method, bottle-fermented sparkling wine is made from high quality, hand-picked, bunch sorted Riesling grapes. The wine shows elegant aromatics of apple. pear and lime zest and minerality. The palate is fresh and lively with soft, creamy bubbles and a long, dry finish.
