Riesling from our organic Garnet Valley Ranch was whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless tanks using natural yeast.
Granny smith apples and tropical citrus notes with mandarin pith. Delicate and refreshing on the palate with creamsicle texture balanced with a fine Okanagan tension and great length. Serve well chilled with your favourite cheeses.
