Cabernet Franc
Critic's Rating 88 pts

Wine Notes: Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from organic vineyards in Kaleden and Osoyoos. The wine was fermented and aged in concrete tanks for 10 months. Flavours of red fruit coupled with an elegant mid-palate weight and supple finish.

Narrative wines tell the story of the Okanagan and its rare climate; one that is home to both an arid desert landscape and cold snowy winters, with an intense, short growing season. From this place come wines with naturally, fresh acidity and integrated fruit forwardness.

Narrative is made to tell the story of the Okanagan and its unique climate, home to both an arid desert landscape, cold, snowy winters, and an intense, short, growing season. The cabernet franc grapes come from organic vineyards in Kaleden and Osoyoos. They are fermented and aged in concrete tanks for ten months. Flavours of juicy, winey red fruit with a spicy leafy undercurrent show more Loire or Ontario style than Bordeaux or Bolgheri. The tannins are supple, and the finish is tart and peppery. This one is made for pork belly.
