TASTING NOTES
Good things come in pretty packages! Medium straw in colour with an enticing nose of stone fruit with a tropical hint. This wine is richly textured with notes of pear and toasted almond and a pleasant, lingering finish.

Dim Sum, Tuna Tartare Cones, fresh Oysters on a half shell, Lemon & Dill Trout, Pear Crostini.

"Delicate aromas of lily of the valley, citrus and notes of earthy mineral notes precede clean and refreshing palate-flavours of lemon-lime cordial and hints of pineapple that ride on a laser-like beam of citrus acidity with plenty of pizzazz from twist top to last drop. The finish and aftertaste replay the palate flavours; clean, crisp and refreshing. Pour with your favourite sushi platter, freshly shucked oysters or steamed mussels with fries."
