Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir holds distinct aromas of cherry blossom, red licorice, sweet peppers and a touch of sassafras. The palate delivers red plums, currants, raspberries, black peppers and cranberries with a soft caramel finish. Barrel aged for 1 year in mild French oak. Soft tannins with that pleasant acidity. Pairing Suggestions: A slow roasted pork belly and potatoes or a dark chocolate gateau.
