Our 2017 Blanc de Blanc is the perfect wine for any special occasion. On the nose, this wine has notes of fruit character with fuji apples, pears and citrus zest, followed by brioche bread hints. To taste, a dry palate with balanced acidity, rich creamy texture and fine bubbles. Layered with flavours of pears, melon and apple with a persistent mineral tasting.

Pair with deep fried mushrooms or a torched lobster nigiris.
