Sauvignon Blanc
This delectable Fumé Blanc begins with fruity notes of poached pear, followed by aromas of nutmeg, vanilla and butterscotch. To taste, it is medium bodied with a dry taste, bright in acidity with notes of gooseberry, caramel green apple, and a long finish.
This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc, grown in our Corus Vineyard, and is partially wild fermented.
