Our highly anticipated 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is here and ready for those warm summer days! This fresh tropical white wine starts with aromas of stone fruit, white peaches, grapefruit, and hints of passionfruit, then followed by a mild minerality.
To taste, this extra-dry wine has a perfectly balanced acidity, followed by complex layers of lemon and grapefruit, and completed with a refreshing mineral finish.
Pair this wine with a fresh lemon and crab salad!

Quality: 89 points – Wine Club Canada. Very Good+.
Food Pairing: Pesto penne with chicken and tomatoes, spicy fish curry, lemon braised chicken, grilled pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes, and mussels in white wine sauce.
