Our highly anticipated Bella Terra Sparkling Brut is back, layered with notes of fruit and citrus, followed by aromas of Asian pear, peach blossom, and lemon zest. To taste, this refreshing sparkling wine has a balanced acidity, with tropical flavours of pineapple, kiwi, and peaches, followed by a citrus finish.
Food Pairings: Deep fried mushrooms with garlic aioli, or grilled cod cooked with cajun and lemon sauce.
