The Frizzante Rosé is made with 100% Gamay grapes from the South Okanagan. Candied raspberry, strawberry marshmallows and bright cherry. The tart red grapefruit on the palate is integrated perfectly with soft delicate bubbles on the finish.

Food Pairing: Crispy coconut shrimp with chili-lime dipping sauce, watermelon and feta salad with mint and balsamic glaze, Vietnamese rice paper rolls with shrimp and herbs, ricotta and lemon zest crostini with microgreens, and grilled pineapple skewers with tamari glaze.
