The new year\n\u003cbr\u003ebegan with cold temperatures throughout January\n\u003cbr\u003eand into February, the weather was variable with\n\u003cbr\u003ebig swings in temperature, from unseasonably\n\u003cbr\u003ewarm, to cooler than average. March gave a\n\u003cbr\u003epreview of spring, with warm weather and some\n\u003cbr\u003emelting, only to have winter re-emerge for a\n\u003cbr\u003esecond act. April continued the theme, with colder\n\u003cbr\u003ethan usual temperatures.
