2021 gave us a beautiful growing season but a challenging harvest. We were deluged with rain throughout the fall which forced quick decisions to get the picking date right. Each batch was fermented and aged separately in French oak barrels for 9 months before an assemblage was chosen, bringing together the perfect combination of flavours and textures.
30% Chardonnay, 28% Viognier, 24% Semillon, 18% Sauvignon Blanc
On the nose: Honeysuckle, nectarine, meyer lemon zest and a very subtle oak spice.
In the glass: Beautiful fruit flavours of meyer lemon, pear and nectarine with a tiny hint of gooseberry. Great intensity on the attack with a full bodied mid palate and a delicate dry finish.
Food pairing: Chicken francese, crab cakes, baked brie, turkey tetrazzini, mussels and frites.
Residual Sugar: 3 g/L

Appearance: Bright. Very pale straw colour.
Nose: White flowers, tropical fruit, green apple, nectarine, and lemon aromas.
Palate: Medium acid, medium body. Gooseberry, green apple, nectarine, lemon, and lime zest on the finish. Nicely balanced with good length.
Quality: 90 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding.
Food Pairing: Elote (Mexican street corn), roasted chicken with cilantro-mint chutney, cumin-seared halibut with sweet corn sauce, Thai red curry mussels, and grilled salmon kababs with orange and herb marinade.
